What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the purchasing department
• process correspondence, data entry, reports, and vendor files
• release job-start and change-order purchase orders
• track rebates and model discounts
• maintain scopes of work and contract records
• manage vendor applications and insurance verification
• prepare and distribute bid packages
• analyze subcontractor bids and monthly cost changes
• maintain vendor pricing and takeoffs
• review plans and create takeoffs
• support vendor accounts and resolve pricing or contract issues
• update option sales prices and budget information.
