Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Review contracts, estimates, plans, specifications, quantities, and requirements
• coordinate project startup and handoffs
• manage active construction projects
• serve as the primary stakeholder contact
• coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and trucking
• monitor costs, production, schedule, and profitability
• manage change orders, quantities, billing, site visits, documentation, punch lists, and closeout
• participate in post-project reviews.
