What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain security solutions aligned with NIST and NERC CIP
• monitor and respond to threats and vulnerabilities across IT and OT
• support incident response, playbooks, runbooks, and exercises
• conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans
• translate threat intelligence into detections and controls
• support penetration and control testing
• convert GRC requirements into technical controls
• maintain policies and audit readiness
• contribute to identity, network, cloud, and OT security architecture
• tune SIEM, EDR, and IDS/IPS tools
• analyze logs and alerts
• support encryption and data protection
• maintain documentation
• support vendor security reviews
• mentor team members
• support SCADA and NERC CIP-aligned controls.
