What you'll do

• Build motion and trajectory planning for pick-and-place tasks
• develop kinematics, reachability, and collision-free plans
• own the robot hardware driver layer
• advance learning-based methods and simulation
• set technical direction for the robotics stack
• mentor engineers
• write tests and validation suites
• collaborate with hardware and process engineers
• lead code reviews
• document algorithms, calibration, and interfaces.
