What you'll do

• Lead enterprise demand planning and maintain rolling forecasts
• develop statistical baselines and facilitate cross-functional consensus
• own monthly demand reviews and scenario analysis
• translate demand plans into capacity, labor, materials, and distribution requirements
• forecast customer and channel demand
• align manufacturing and inventory plans
• manage product lifecycle forecasts
• report forecast performance and implement improvements
• lead and develop demand planning employees.
