Senior Estimating Manager

The Senior Estimating Manager is an onsite role in Rockville, MD, with compensation of $135,000–$190,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead bid assembly and estimating strategy
• manage bid deliverables, work plans, resources, and RFP compliance
• oversee risk management, value engineering, constructability, scoping, and pricing
• use historical bid data and buyout lessons to improve estimates
• lead project meetings and client presentations
• maintain trade partner and supplier relationships
• mentor estimating staff, conduct performance reviews, and help allocate resources.
