What you'll do

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through progression
• apply bodily injury and pre-litigation case-management knowledge
• identify and route demand cases
• submit potential production cases for attorney evaluation
• qualify clients for PIP benefits
• assist with property damage matters
• communicate with insurers
• monitor treatment and case progress
• obtain and organize medical records and bills
• maintain insurance information and case activity in Litify
• submit subrogation and lien documents
• communicate case updates
• prepare cases for attorney review and discharge when appropriate.

Why this role

Bilingual English/Spanish is required, as is at least one year of plaintiff personal injury case-management experience. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
