Team Coach — Youth Climbing

What you'll do

• Work with the Head Coach and other coaches to implement training sessions and development plans
• support individual athlete development
• foster an inclusive team environment
• communicate about athlete progress and safety
• supervise youth climbers during practices, events, and competitions
• respond to incidents under safety protocols
• ensure participants know facility rules and have signed waivers
• and interact professionally with families and community members. Forerunning or climbing routes may occur occasionally in support of training.
