What you'll do

• Manage maintenance requests and supervise technicians to complete work orders and projects on time and on budget
• communicate updates and recommendations to residents
• schedule and negotiate vendor proposals
• schedule and supervise preventative maintenance
• conduct building walk-throughs and communicate issues and improvement ideas to owners
• troubleshoot building issues
• follow up on delinquencies and rent collection
• document lease paperwork and charges
• oversee move-in and move-out and renewal processes
• coordinate with leasing to list and market units
• supervise vendors and staff onsite
• handle on-call emergency service on nights and weekends as part of a rotation.
