What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes
• ensure food is prepared efficiently with attention to quality and presentation
• maintain a clean, organized, sanitized workstation
• follow food safety, handling, and sanitation standards
• assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies
• collaborate with kitchen staff and follow instructions from the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.
