What you'll do

• Inspect senior housing acquisitions and existing assets
• prepare survey reports and review property condition assessments and related records
• coordinate follow-up with operators and technical partners
• contribute to capital plans and reviews
• assess capital requests
• provide technical support to operators and asset managers
• oversee third-party project and construction managers
• review plans, budgets, schedules, proposals, change requests, invoices, and closeout information.
