• Partner with corporate leaders and employees

• lead employee relations matters and investigations
• support organizational design and workforce planning
• support performance, engagement, retention, and talent initiatives
• use People data to inform decisions
• collaborate with Recruiting, People Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and Finance
• support onboarding, change management, and compliant People practices.
