What you'll do

• Manage litigation strategy, discovery, and trial preparation
• lead trials and present cases to judges and juries
• handle complex constitutional, statutory, and class-action matters in state and federal courts
• represent clients in court and administrative hearings, including before the Public Employment Relations Board
• advise clients and conduct investigations and strategic planning
• mentor junior attorneys.
