What you'll do

• Operate the short-order grill and register
• assist with food preparation and cooking sides and other assigned items
• prepare correct quantities and quality of menu items
• follow food safety and handling techniques and HACCP standards
• maintain temperature logs and proper cooking and holding temperatures
• set up and stock the grill station
• serve menu items and replenish food during service
• greet and care for customers on the service line
• clean the grill station and equipment after meal periods.
