The Spectral Integration Engineer — Expert-Level role is hybrid in Springfield, VA; compensation is $130,000–$175,000 per year. Mission Intelligence Group seeks an integration lead to support spectral exploitation capabilities for the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence. The engineer establishes and maintains an integrated spectral exploitation environment so image scientists and operational users can process and exploit datasets across enterprise systems. The role contributes to reliable end-to-end GEOINT capabilities through systems integration, interoperability, and technical planning.

What you'll do

• Lead integration and deployment of spectral exploitation environments
• advise on strategy, architectures, capability development, and enterprise integration
• translate mission needs into technical solutions and system requirements
• conduct systems integration across system-of-systems and service-oriented architectures
• analyze requirements, workflows, architectures, and dependencies
• support planning, execution, risk management, performance engineering, and interface design
• integrate cloud technologies
• collaborate with government stakeholders, developers, engineers, and image scientists
• maintain enterprise solution integrity and effectiveness.
