What you'll do

• Operate and maintain mechanical equipment including air handlers, compressors, refrigeration units, boilers, fans, controls, air-conditioning, and emergency power equipment
• read meters and gauges and record operating data
• inspect, lubricate, and troubleshoot equipment
• maintain shift logs
• check building areas and meeting-room conditions
• perform preventive maintenance
• complete work tickets and maintain shop cleanliness
• repair electrical, plumbing, and gas equipment
• respond to fire alarms and in-house maintenance issues
• remove snow from the hotel perimeter.
