• support IP strategy
• lead engineering AI strategy

• build and develop engineering teams and leaders
• improve delivery, testing, deployment, and incident practices
• manage platform scalability, reliability, security, compliance, disaster recovery, and PCI/PII posture
• and participate in executive planning.
