Multifamily Property Manager

• Oversee property operations and compliance
• monitor occupancy, rental income, delinquencies, and expenses
• prepare performance reports
• develop and manage budgets
• oversee rent collection and lease enforcement
• approve invoices and purchase orders
• supervise leasing and move-in/move-out processes
• coordinate marketing and resident retention
• oversee maintenance work orders and inspections
• recruit, train, and supervise onsite staff
• address resident concerns and support community events.
