What you'll do

• Build relationships and trust with adult clients, help them identify goals and interests, and support progress toward those goals. Serve as a role model, potentially assist with personal care, and encourage independence at home and in the community. A high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and one year of supervised adult-work experience or relevant life experience are required
• MHRT-1 is highly preferred, and staff must commit to earning it within one year.
