What you'll do

• Own design and optimization of manufacturing processes across programs
• scale the flagship product line while balancing throughput, quality, and cost
• lead manufacturing engineering for a new jet production line
• scope and deploy equipment, tooling, and hardware/software systems
• work with vendors to source and integrate equipment, tools, and automation
• mentor engineers and production personnel
• lead initiatives to standardize and improve manufacturing performance.
