What you'll do

• Prepare and send customer billing
• produce monthly aging reports
• respond to billing inquiries and send collection emails
• code invoices, vouchers, expense reports, and check requests
• handle vendor correspondence
• attach purchase orders and supporting documents to invoices
• resolve invoice and purchase-order processing issues
• process check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions
• assist with month-end accruals and closings.
