Data Platform Analyst

What you'll do

• Gather requirements, pain points, and use cases
• support discovery sessions and interviews
• translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• document current and future processes
• identify gaps and standardization opportunities
• create process maps, SOPs, decision logs, and knowledge-base content
• organize and track backlogs
• coordinate product, engineering, governance, and business teams
• assist with roadmap planning, sprint support, and stakeholder updates.
