• Design, build, configure, test, troubleshoot, and optimize electronic medical record, financial, and other healthcare applications
• partner with clinical, operational, financial, vendor, and IT teams
• manage complex application support and assigned projects
• document decisions and risks
• and support system upgrades, downtime procedures, implementations, testing, and go-live events.
