Property Manager — Regency Park

The Property Manager works onsite in Coatesville, PA, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Salary is $75,000–$80,000 annually. CRM Residential manages affordable housing communities and focuses on providing reliable, quality homes. The manager oversees all phases of property operations, including resident and stakeholder relationships, staff direction, maintenance, budgets, and performance, supporting effective operations and community engagement.
