The Site Manager, Afterschool & Village Mentoring Programs role is onsite at an assigned DREAM-Philly afterschool site in Philadelphia, PA. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM, 25 hours per week, and compensation is $21.88 per hour, commensurate with experience. The role supports The Dream Program’s afterschool and Village Mentoring programming for youth. The Site Manager leads daily site operations, supports staff during programming, and serves as the primary contact for site logistics, family communication, and youth safety. This work helps ensure consistent, safe programming and coordinated youth arrival, activities, and dismissal.

What you'll do

• Prepare and close the site
• oversee afterschool programming Monday–Thursday and Village Mentoring on Friday
• track attendance and maintain records
• coordinate youth arrival, transitions, dismissal, and family communication
• lead staff huddles and debriefs
• coach staff
• follow safety, emergency response, and mandated reporting procedures
• escalate staffing, behavioral, or safety concerns.
