Licensed Professional Counselor – Long-Term Care

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy

• deliver behavioral management and brief interventions
• collaborate with nursing, social services, rehabilitation, and medical providers
• document care using the Geriatric Notes Tool and follow professional and regulatory guidelines.
