What you'll do

• Coordinate daily employment-services operations
• supervise, hire, train, and evaluate employment consultants and job coaches
• maintain client files and oversee billing documentation
• coordinate client meetings, conferences, and referrals
• ensure services comply with program requirements and approved plans
• monitor budgets and billing
• maintain community and vocational rehabilitation relationships
• carry a caseload as needed
• respond to emergency needs of clients and staff when off duty.
