The CNC Machinist role is an onsite, full-time position in Lee's Summit, MO, paying $26–$32 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. SR Precision Holdings LLC designs, manufactures, and repairs blow molds and operates Unitech Precision Machine, Creative Blow Mold Tooling, and Unitech Precision Gage. The machinist produces precision parts and components by operating lathes, mills, and grinders, interpreting technical drawings, and checking finished work against specifications. The role works with engineering and quality teams to select tools and improve machining processes, supporting production quality and customer requirements.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes, mills, and grinders
• interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and computer-generated reports
• inspect finished parts for dimensional and surface-finish requirements
• troubleshoot machining issues and adjust tooling, feeds, and speeds
• maintain production records and document machine maintenance
• follow safety guidelines and keep the work area clean and organized.

Why this role
