The Job Coach role is an onsite, part-time position based in Dublin, CA, supporting a caseload at employment sites in Alameda County, including Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore. Compensation is $25.01 per hour. East Bay Innovations supports people with developmental disabilities to work in jobs of their choosing and participate in their communities. The role provides one-on-one workplace support to adults with developmental disabilities. By helping clients navigate job tasks and workplace situations, the Job Coach contributes to individualized employment and community inclusion.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities at employment sites
• support clients with workplace relationships, organizing and prioritizing tasks, requesting time off, planning routes to work, learning duties, and managing stress
• work independently and as part of a team
• maintain a valid California driver's license, qualifying driving record, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle.

Why this role

20–25 hours per week; Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with additional evening and weekend availability as required. Dental and vision coverage are available to part-time staff; mileage reimbursement is provided for on-the-job driving.
