What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• and assist with recruiting and administrative tasks.
