Senior Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop test validation strategy and qualification milestones
• lead and mentor test engineers and technicians
• oversee design, build, and commissioning of cryogenic and high-power test stands
• analyze test data and troubleshoot system failures
• coordinate with magnet, electrical, and controls teams
• manage vendor relationships and procurement
• establish safety protocols for high-voltage, high-field, and cryogenic environments.
