What you'll do

• Inspect properties, facilities, and equipment
• perform general upkeep, maintenance, repairs, installations, cosmetic improvements, and preventive maintenance
• coordinate external vendors and contractors
• troubleshoot maintenance, mechanical, and software issues
• assist with corporate function setup and teardown
• support renovations and facility expansions
• repair, replace, and relocate furniture
• follow internal policies and regulatory requirements
• support community activities.
