What you'll do

• Recruit, lead, coach, and manage client services staff and student employees
• prioritize workloads and allocate resources
• oversee technology and technical support
• manage customer relationships, escalations, service documentation, and service metrics
• ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• manage technology inventory and purchasing
• lead and contribute to IT projects using Agile methods
• facilitate sprint activities
• coordinate with campus departments and vendors
• report on operations and projects
• identify process and service improvements.
