Engineering Manager – Tool and Die Design

The Engineering Manager – Tool and Die Design role is onsite in Coopersville, MI, with pay of $27.45–$36.80 per hour. Ranger Die's engineering team supports the company's tool-building and stamping operations. The role leads the in-house design and engineering team while also completing die designs. It coordinates design workloads and schedules, resolves design issues with tooling and production, maintains customer relationships and job documentation, and supports improvements in engineering processes, technology, and training.
