What you'll do

• Provide inclusive physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software.
• Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Use digital platforms to deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development.
• Perform Telehealth and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services.
• Serve as a liaison between providers and the Director of Digital Health.
