The role helps clients maintain daily routines while documenting care and promptly communicating changes or incidents to the administrator or designee.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care according to client service plans
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, laundry, shopping, cleaning, and transportation
• document daily activities and assignments
• report client condition changes and incidents
• follow infection-control, confidentiality, emergency, client-rights, and agency procedures
• attend required orientation and ongoing training.
