Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN. Compensation is $75,000–$90,000 per year. The HRBP is part of DuraMark’s shared-services Human Resources team and serves as the primary onsite HR resource for the St. Paul operation while supporting other locations as business needs require. The role helps employees and leaders address workplace matters consistently and compliantly, administers leave and accommodation processes, and supports performance management, training, and engagement. It contributes to a unified HR function across DuraMark’s locations.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary onsite HR resource
• conduct workplace investigations and document findings
• advise and coach managers on employee relations, policy, performance, and corrective action
• administer leaves and accommodations across locations
• support performance reviews and HR reporting
• develop and facilitate training
• coordinate the BEES Employee Engagement Committee and employee communications
• support onboarding, employment transactions, records, and HR process improvements.
