What you'll do

• Greet clients and pets
• answer calls and emails about services and policies
• schedule appointments and reservations
• assist with check-ins and check-outs
• contact veterinarians for vaccine or other pet information
• use kennel software to manage bookings and profiles
• coordinate with grooming and kennel staff
• escort dogs to play areas and kennels
• maintain front-office cleanliness and organization.
