The Sous Chef role is onsite in Woodland Park, CO. Compensation is $23–$27 per hour. Eurest serves organizations with foodservice and hospitality, and this position supports the kitchen team at Charis Bible College. The Sous Chef helps the Executive Chef prepare and cook food, coordinates cooks and other food-service associates, and assumes responsibility for the kitchen in the Executive Chef’s absence. The role supports timely meal production and safe, sanitary food service.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to approved recipes and production standards
• supervise hourly food-service associates, including scheduling, training, and counseling
• follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• maintain food presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
• address customer complaints
• explain menu items
• monitor inventory, deliveries, production, consumption, and waste.
