What you'll do

• Conduct initial assessments for adults seeking help for opiate addiction through methadone treatment
• develop treatment plans and refer patients to appropriate levels of care
• provide individual and group therapy, education, and case management as needed
• complete timely electronic medical record documentation
• participate in weekly clinical staffing
• communicate with referral sources and providers
• conduct community outreach and education to support collaboration and referrals to medication-assisted treatment.
