What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices and payment runs according to cash-management policies
• reconcile vendor statements to accounts-payable aging and resolve items over 60 days old
• monitor and balance prepaid accounts for agronomy programs and other vendors
• prepare workpapers and documentation for auditors
• assist operating units with profit-and-loss or general-ledger questions in AGRIS
• attend required safety training and report safety concerns.
