Early Childhood Substitute Teacher

The Early Childhood Substitute Teacher role is onsite in Needham, MA, with flexible assignments based on staffing needs and availability. Pay is $23–$26 per hour, based on education and experience. The Tobin Beaudet Schools provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children through group activities, quiet time, active play, and indoor and outdoor activities. The substitute teacher fills planned and unplanned classroom staffing gaps and supports the teaching team with child supervision and safety and sanitation protocols. The role helps maintain continuity in classroom care and learning while staffing needs vary.

What you'll do

• Support classroom staffing needs in part-time shifts of four to five hours and/or full-time shifts of 40 hours per week in eight-hour shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
