What you'll do

• Complete 6–8 months of training and evaluations
• learn department procedures and product knowledge
• manage department operations and standards after qualification
• support promotions and sales targets
• maintain product displays and stock
• order products and manage inventory rotation
• schedule department employees and manage attendance
• coach, train, mentor, and review staff
• maintain a safe and clean workplace.
