What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, onboard, and develop recruiters
• support monthly and quarterly hiring goals
• conduct hiring-manager intake and support interview-guide development
• post requisitions in the ATS
• source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events
• review applications and conduct screenings and interviews
• coordinate offers, references, and pre-onboarding requirements
• maintain candidate communication and recruitment compliance.
