What you'll do

• Respond to phone, online, and email leads
• identify prospective residents’ needs and arrange tours
• present apartment features and follow up after showings
• prepare reservation and lease paperwork and maintain accurate records
• complete required applicant checks
• support marketing initiatives and occupancy goals
• assist with move-in readiness and resident renewals
• respond to resident requests and collaborate with the office team.
