Customer Success Manager

Job overview

The Customer Success Manager role is fully remote, with travel to customers expected at approximately 20–30%. The base pay range is $115,000–$150,000 per year. Verse builds an energy intelligence platform for large energy consumers, supporting access to faster, cheaper, and cleaner power. The manager owns customer relationships and commercial outcomes after contract signature, helping enterprise customers adopt the platform, realize value, renew, and expand. The role also supports Verse’s development of dispatch intelligence and battery storage optimization products.

What you'll do

• Own relationships, adoption, and commercial outcomes for enterprise accounts
• lead renewals, protect gross retention, and close in-footprint expansion
• advise customers on renewable energy procurement and portfolio management
• run executive business reviews and manage account health
• translate analytical outputs into business value
• partner with Sales, Delivery, and Product
• contribute to dispatch intelligence and battery storage optimization product growth
• track retention, renewal rate, customer health, and referenceable customers.
