Regional Service Director, Midwest is an onsite role based in Minneapolis, MN, with a salary range of $150,000–$175,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus. Regular travel throughout the Midwest region is required. The role supports service operations across AIR Control Concepts’ Midwest operating companies, based at Midwest Mechanical Solutions. The director strengthens service performance, customer satisfaction, technician effectiveness, operational consistency, and profitable growth across the region. The role coaches local service leaders, resolves escalated customer and technical issues, and develops shared processes and capabilities while respecting each operating company’s local identity.

What you'll do

• Provide regional leadership and support to service teams
• partner with operating company leaders to improve performance, capacity, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• lead regional service initiatives
• support staffing, productivity, tools, scheduling, training, and workforce planning
• track service metrics
• develop scalable processes and best practices
• troubleshoot escalated service issues
• build manufacturer and service-partner relationships
• support recruiting, onboarding, and technician development
• assist with acquisition integration, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• travel to operating companies, customer facilities, and jobsites.
