What you'll do

• Build working relationships with independent contractors and in-house staff
• communicate client priorities and urgent issues to the Facilities Solutions Manager
• recommend contractor assignments and manage performance to client standards and service agreements
• manage inspections, complaints, requests, new client starts, and VIP needs
• use the company CRM
• execute operational policies
• ensure compliance with client procedures and proper use of approved cleaning tools and equipment.
