What you'll do

• Lead nursing services for IntraOp, GI, recovery, and anesthesia technicians
• oversee quality, patient outcomes, policy, and regulatory compliance
• build and manage the department budget, productivity, and staffing
• coach, develop, and evaluate staff
• support patient flow
• manage 48 direct reports and report to the Administrative Director of Surgery.
