The Dealership Service Appointment Success Specialist is based onsite in the Service Business Development Center in Salt Lake City, UT. Pay is $16 per hour. Accurate records and coordination with the service department and BDC help sustain positive customer relationships and repeat business.

What you'll do

• Contact customers to confirm service appointments and verify details
• follow up with customers who cancel or miss appointments and help them reschedule
• contact customers on the cancellation list to fill open slots
• assist with incoming calls during busy periods
• maintain customer information and document conversations and appointment updates
• coordinate with the service department and BDC team.
